		<description>“freeze rates - save the houses!” Oh Really!    I guess I am amazingly hard hearted but I don't understand why its up to the government to help people out of messes of their own creation. We know when we can and cannot afford something and if we can't we should not buy it or if we do we should be prepared for the consequences. The lenders should be regulated of course but none of us should be depending on Washington to bail us out if we mess up, they can't even keep their own budget in order.. Think before you jump!</description>
